Next: your dashboard opens straight away, and we email you to confirm your address. Becoming an owner driver, registering a fleet or confirming your business are all in Upgrade in the sidebar once you are in — each one opens more of the network.

Getting started — five steps
- Confirm your emailOpen the email we just sent and press the link. Your account is open the moment you do.
- Sign inYour HAF username BF884997 and the PIN you just chose sign you in to everything HAF.
- Post your first jobPick it up, drop it off, when. You can post, track and use your calendar straight away.
- Tell us about your businessUnder Upgrade → Build your HAF account. A job or an invoice in a business name needs that business confirmed first, and a limited company is checked against the register on the spot.
- Want to drive, or put drivers on the road?Ask for HAF PLNA or Fleet PLNA under Upgrade. That is the only point anyone is asked for a licence, insurance or a check code.
